Results from the past are not a reliable indicator of future outcomes. You alone are responsible for your choices and any tax obligations.
Any fees will be the ones displayed at the time of purchase. You must not abuse the Services, including by posting illegal material, using malware, scraping without permission, bypassing security measures, or reverse engineering except where the law allows it. All content and branding on the Platform remain owned by us or our licensors; you are granted a limited, revocable licence to use them as provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of C140 C$ or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.
You agree to cover us for claims that result from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms. We may suspend or end your access for a breach, risk concerns, or legal reasons. Sections that continue to apply include the liability limits, indemnity obligations, and dispute terms.
